Metropolitan Youth Symphonies of Atlanta | Live Site
The Metropolitan Youth Sympohnies of Atlanta (MYSO), needed a more effective way to communicate with its members and fans, so this WordPress based site allowed them to easily update content, schedules and calendars. This classy styled site features information about the the group and its activities as well as protected content for members' eyes only. The website also served as an effective communications tool that allowed parents to keep up with their child's activities while the group recently toured Costa Rica. Directors were able to easily post updates through the convenient WordPress, web based admin!
East Point Farmers Market | Live Site
The East Point, Georgia Main Street Association (EPMSA) is sponsoring a Farmers Market to both support local area farmers and make fresh produce available to the public. Like of many of the city's events, EPMSA needed a stand-alone website to promote the Farmers Market. This custom design plays upon the rural theme - a white washed fence background against a burlap backdrop, the stenciled on look of the logo, plastic plant labels for the navigation and rough edged worn paper as the background for the content complete the down home look and feel.
Fiesta Atlanta | Live Site
Fiesta Atlanta is one of the South's largest Cinco de Mayo Celebrations and The Lanza Group needed an new website that promoted family fun and entertainment. The site features information about the event–big, bold photos of the musical performers, photo galleries of past festivals, sponsor links and press releases. Harrison Morgan Design provided a complete package of marketing materials including posters, print and web ads, banners, signs and staff badges. See more of the collection here.
Simmons Middle School Band | Live Site
The Simmons Middle School Band needed a new web site to communicate to multiple audiences from studates, to parents to the general public. Incorporating a Google calendar enables the band director to maintain up to date rehearsal and performance dates and quickly share these with both parents and students. The site features information about the different bands and faculty and is also the main resource for everything from booster by-laws, to the band handbook and private teacher connections. The school mascot, the Buccaneer, was inspiration for the pirate themed site design.
Atlanta Day of the Dead | Live Site
Another Lanza Group event, the Atlanta Day of the Dead festival honors and celebrates loved ones who have died. Far from being an event of mourning, the Day of the Dead festival is a celebration of life and is packed with food, festivities and costumes. Skulls, candles and marigolds are all representative of the event and came together to create the altar themes used in the site design. The internal page design carries the idea forward in a more understated way.
